When we first hit the road in our 24-foot Entegra Odyssey 24B, we were excited for the adventure but also concerned about maintaining our health. Why Keeping Busy Makes Fasting Easier
One of the biggest challenges of fasting is dealing with hunger pangs and the temptation to snack. We've found that staying occupied helps immensely. Whether it's exploring a new trail, working on our blog, or planning our next destination, keeping our minds and bodies engaged distracts us from food cravings. On Tuesday's we fast 24-hours so we schedule all of our errands and other activities on Tuesday's. It took a few months for us to be ready to attempt 24-hours.
