Lake Pleasant Regional Park is a large outdoors recreation area straddling the Maricopa and Yavapai county border northwest of Phoenix, Arizona.
On March 21, 2022, we stayed at Lake Pleasant for one night. It was a bit difficult to get into our spot since it was on a hill, but once we unhooked the car we had no trouble getting into our spot.
The view from our RV of the lake was absolutely breathtaking.
Lake Pleasant Regional Park offers 148 sites for RV and tent camping within the campgrounds.
- Desert Tortoise Campground
has 74 campsites: 25 Developed Sites, 39 Semi-Developed Sites, and 10 Tent Sites. This is where we camped. We paid $32 for our one night stay

There are restoom and shower houses centrally located and they are are clean and well maintained.
