We have started working with a nutrition coach. We have spent so much time encouraging and assisting others with their fitness and nutrition that we let our own health suffer a bit. We are both back on track and loving what we are learning. One thing that we have discovered is that we need to pay closer attention to ingredient labels on the products we consume. Two products that we used daily have an ingredient that has caused us some gut issues.
Kirsten has started a 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond Program that our nutrition coach recommended. She is sharing her daily experiences in video over on kirstenwomack.com
We were a bit hesitant to share that we had neglected our own health but you know what, this is real life no one is perfect. Recognizing that we need to make a change and correct some things is what becoming a better version of us is all about.
We could walk around in denial but that’s so not us. We are owning up to it and making changes.
